This registration session will allow you to:

• sign up for the club and a spot on a team
• complete and sign most forms
• submit payment via credit card, debit card, or account transfer through our secure site

Items to have ready:

• Current player headshot photo to upload
• Proof of Birth document or image to upload
• Payment card or account information
